1. When your corporation was wardecced, did you initialize the clause in your IPO in which NOIR was to be used to defend your corporation?
2. You mentioned that TMPI is considering expansion into low-sec or null space. By adding higher risk element to your IPO portfolio, you have changed the risk assessment. Some investors may not be keen to invest in a corporation that works (or in your case, partially) in low-sec. It's proven that most IPO that operates in low-sec (most case, moon mining) has failed, what makes your corporation any different from those that have failed? Were investors opinion solicited as your corporation considers this?
3. Could you tell us where exactly the 50b of asset you've injected into TMPI? It's not clear as per your NAV report

I'll prove that he is a scammer. It's been 2.5 months since he last posted stating that he will buyback his share. It's been 2.5 months since he had last posted anything in the forum regarding this subject. Simple as that. Not one investor has confirmed that he has received his buyback isk.
iirc, he attempted to burn me by labeling me as a scammer through his "logical" deduction that by not posting for more than a month in regards to being hacked during my IPO a year ago; I am therefore a scammer. Using this same deduction, he is therefore a scammer.
